8 Dec. 2006, Paris. With the support of the SGDN. The European Union and its constituent countries are regarded today as secondary partners in all strategic matters affecting security developments in East Asia.
What lessons can be drawn from this situation and how can we provide better visibility for our interests and commitments? This seminar was not only the opportunity for an exchange on European positions, ambitions and means [nationally and regionally] but also for a debate about possible initiatives capable of leading to more high-profile actions.
