To inform its target audiences (politicians, diplomats, foreign affairs and economic analysts, international businesses, the Military personnel, defence commentators, Academics, journalists and the informed public) of its analyses by publishing journals and occasional papers, by running regular seminars and working groups, and by organising international conferences l To expand its capabilities by participating actively in major Asia-Pacific research and brainstorming networks, as well as in exchanges in Paris, Brussels, Washington, Beijing, Singapore, Bangkok or Tokyo l To encourage occasional contributions from current and future global leaders in their own fields l To rely on a core of permanent research fellows and associates from academic and professional circles l To work towards the establishment of a new hub of education, research and debate on international affairs in Paris.
